After having been an HR Manager for 7 years, Verity joined Liberty in 1997 and then Accolade in 2001.

She has a passion for Accolade and is devoted to seeing that the Financial Planners succeed.

Accolade only represent Insurance companies who honour claims and Verity represents clients who have had the misfortune of having policies with those companies that do not. She gets involved and fights for them to ensure that unfair decisions by the insurance companies to reject claims are overturned. She knows exactly which companies have the unethical practice of finding a reason NOT to pay. This is not common knowledge and any person wanting to find out this information is welcome to contact her before placing cover for their cars, valuables or other possessions.

She has a gorgeous young son who is also interested in Accolade and in the insurance business.
